Before you apply
Do I need experience?
Yes. We are mainly looking for experienced people with documented practice from machine, groundwork or industrial work. Our clients bring us in precisely so they do not have to train people on site, and safety requires that you know your machine.
Can I choose which assignments I take?
Yes. You can always say yes or no. We ask first and match against your preferences on location, machines and working hours.
How long are the assignments?
Usually a few months, but it varies with the project. Some assignments run year after year, others are short peaks. We always tell you what applies before you accept.
Where are the assignments?
All over Sweden, with the focus on Norrbotten and Västerbotten. You state yourself where you are willing to work when you register.
Do you arrange accommodation?
Yes. When the assignment is away from where you live we arrange the accommodation. The client covers that cost, not you.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review applications continuously and get in touch as soon as we have something matching your profile. If we have nothing right now you stay in the register.
